This was an order that contained a 2021-S T-2 reverse-proof silver eagle. The slab case had a large black inclusion in the plastic that detracted from the "presentation" of the coin. It was so noticeable, that APMEX should have inspected it and seen it before sending it to me - or any customer. We settled the issue allright but not perfectly. That being said, over the years APMEX has been very consistent with deliveries as ordered in reasonable, if not quick time. They are trustworthy and dependable.

I have been shopping with APMEX for a couple of decades and love their work, the quality of the material. I have never had a bad experience even once with APMEX!!!!!!!!!

I buy a few rolls of 1 oz dollar denomination sovereign silver coins ever year. I always order them in 20 increments because I found companies "always" until now ship them in tubes. These guys shipped me 40 new issue coins loose in ziplock bags. A little insult to injury I ordered 20 that were in stock and 20 that were back ordered. They held my stock order until the backorder could be filled. Just bad customer experience. This could be a single customer service issue. I have ordered from them several times and they shipped quick and in tubes. However, when I emailed them I got the response "I will let out team know." I get a more professional response form Amazon when I have an issue on a $10 purchase.

I've placed many orders with Apmex. Perfect every time. For anyone just getting into gold, you'll find your best deals with things like Ducats and Florins. Even though it's fractional gold, the premiums are relatively low.

I have never been lied to and stolen from by any company in my life besides Apmex!! Two consecutive orders, on one I ordered a Washington quarter that was rated ms66. When I bought it the picture shown the quarter was slabbed backwards and beautifully toned. The next day when I got my receipt I was excited and I clicked on the coin that I purchased and noticed that it had been relisted for $240 more? Of course when my order arrived there was a regular Washington quarter, not the one pictured! I contacted their corrupt and snotty return Department and got a return approved. I sent in the coin they had mailed me and when they got it they claimed that the right quarter was out of stock. It is still for sale today on their website for an inflated price! And Believe It or Not this was the better of my two experiences! Unfortunately I had placed another order before they lied to me. That order arrived and was missing a whole roll of Mercury dimes. They sent me a video supposedly proving that they packed it and shipped it to me. It totally does everything but that. The guy handling the coins shoves his hand all the way into the envelope as soon as it comes out the envelope his hand leaves the screen goes over to the right set something down and then comes back and folds an envelope. I was told by their snotty snotty snotty return representative that was procedure and that was just tape he was setting aside. The camera so far away you can't even tell if it's my order or not anyway . They then sent me an email blaming the post office even though it was packaged like every other package I've gotten from them just minus the most expensive part of my order ? They're definitely not customer friendly and do not give two flips about you or any of their customers . As I'm starting to look around this happens regularly with this company ! This company uses illegal advertising practices, steals your money and doesn't care one bit about of their customers the shadiest organization I have ever seen in my life! You've been warned!! They will lie and steal from you!

Ordered a coin bezel and a coin to go with it. Coin bezel arrives first, poorly made (the jump ring was soldered on crooked) and the bail too small for my chain. To get a bail that would fit would be an additional $200, which I am not able to do. I initiate a return on the bezel and cancel the coin order. Even though the coin had not shipped, and the price of gold went UP since my purchase, I was deducted a "Market Loss" penalty of $35. Who knows what they will try and pull with the bezel return. Poorest customer experience I have had in a long time. They got me for $70, so buyer beware. Also, good luck getting an email response, and you're really out of luck if you want to use the chat that just says, "No agent available".
