NO delivery even after 4 months

I completed my order on March 2015. Till now I have not received my order. Left a ton of voice mails and never been returned. Such a bad customer service. Lack of information when the order would be shipped. I would not recommend BullionDirect to any of the friends. If there is a 0 rating , I would prefer to give them instead of 1.
