I ordered on Friday, paid by credit card, and got my order on Monday. I would suspect those that gave negative reviews are due to their own payment issues unrelated to JM Bullion. I have already placed another order.

Every item I have ordered be it Coins,or Bullion, has been great. From 1oz. bars and coins to now 5oz.bars. My latest order was the New 2015Canadian 1.5oz. Buffalo Coins. Wow! These are sooo nice. With the service offered JMB. is hard to beat. They are always getting New items from the worlds best mints. With prices you can't beat. I have ordered twice from JM Bullion. The products were shipped and received promptly after my payments cleared. My bank made a mistake on the second wire order and the funds did not go through for 6 days. JM kept in touch and honored the price. I will certainly be ordering from them again.

This was my first ever purchase of silver coins. JM Bullion had the best prices on the Web that I could find for my new 2014 BU Silver Eagles and all I can say is AWSOME. Tried repeatedly today (10 Nov 2014) to order coins. However, I "told" multiple times via JM Bullion's system that my credit card company refused my charge. My attempted purchases/charges show as pending at my credit card company, and I received text alerts that the charge was set up as pending. I checked online, and the attempted purchased posted as pending. I talked with my credit card company reps twice and both times they told me the charges came through, and that the charges were/are valid. This is my fourth time to order since July; and this is not the first time having this problem with JM Bullion. This is not my idea of fun. Will look elsewhere for a company that has a system that works.
Dear Ma'am: We apologize that you had problems placing your order. We use a third party authorization system which prevents these from going through; therefore, we never physically take possession of the funds. There is also the option of paying with a paper check or bank wire and the order should be accepted just fine.
