JM Bullion

I placed my order on Friday morning and it was in my mailbox on Monday morning. I live in the Phoenix, area, and this was really really fast. I ordered Buffalo rounds and they are great.

JM Bullion is in no hurry to get the metal to your house, but it does get there reliably, and it's good product. I've placed a couple of orders with them, paying with a Western Union money order each time. Unfortunately, they treat it just like a check and claim they need five days for it to "clear." That's a bummer. But as I hold my stuff for years, waiting five extra days is no big deal. What I do like is the free shipping. No monkey business, price tiers, or being forced to buy select high markeup stuff to get "free" shipping. If you wait until they have a "sale," they are often the most competitive price - and with free shipping, it seals the deal. At regular price they appear merely to build the shipping cost into the product price, though their price on Silver Philharmonics always seems competitive for some reason. Much less expensive than Apmex and just as reliable - though slow. One thing to watch for - make sure the price you are counting on is for the quantity you ordered. On the product overview page they quote a price but don't say "as low as" or anything like that. It's only when you click on the product itself that you see the price for 1-19, 20-99, etc. Pros: Reliable, no shipping gimmicks, good "sales" prices. Cons: Slow shipping, not very discrete packaging (the mailman would have to be stupid not to know there is metal in the package). Bottom line: What are you paying over spot? If they have the best price (including the free shipping) on the product, then there's no reason not to use JM Bullion. You'll get your stuff, and if you can't wait two weeks, then you probably should be trading ETFs instead.

I place an order from JM on 5/31/14 and just received that order today 6/19/14. I can't believe that it took that long for them to process and ship my order; I live in Colorado. I will not order from them again. I also placed 2 orders from APMEX days after the one placed with JM an received both orders before JM's arrived. It's very simple; take order, verify payment, ship order.

I placed my order on 6/7/14 and put the check in the mail 6/7/14. At the latest according to the post office they should have received the check no later than 6/12/14. It is now 6/19/14. I will not be forced into paying any late fees what so ever. I have a feeling they are holding the check because my item is not in stock like they say it is. I will contact the billing department tomorrow to see what they can do for me. I have purchased from Jmbullion 4 times before and the orders went great. This time it is not going so good. I will write back tomorrow after I hear from the billing department.

I know JMBullion recently relocated to Dallas, TX. I live in Los Angeles. I executed a Test Order of some Silver Eagles and Silver Maples with JMBullion on Wed., June 11th with 100% credit card and had the product delivered the following Monday just as promised. NOTE: they do not email you your tracking info... they direct you to sign into your account to get your tracking information. All in, their website - their prices - their speed of delivery... all great. I'll be going back for some mint cases as soon as the next price dip hits! JMBullion.com is solid.

I have ordered twice from this company and everything went very smoothly on both orders. They seem to be a very professional company and I plan to do business with them again.

I am taking time to write this review to let people know of my experience,(something I have never done). I ordered 1000.00 dollars face value of 90% junk silver from JM bullion.I was under the impression that it would come from Pennsylvania as their web site say's they are out of.Since I live on east coast thought turn around would be quicker than other sites on west coast.Problem is they ship out of California.Three weeks later after I sent check they shipped out my coins,took another week to see my coins.Upon opening box which was coming apart at corners, to my surprise they shipped 40% silver instead of the 90% I purchase,( about $10,000.00 difference in price). Called they immediately,they said they would have to check into it and was told it could take a week for them to review tapes of packing dept.WOW!! They told me this happens "quite frequently". At this point I'm thinking I'm dealing with a very poorly run company.Maybe even fraudulent,I called them daily, no answer to problem,finely they find out that I was right. A few more days go by, get sent a 2 day ups label by email to send back 40% silver.tell them I don't feel comfortable shipping back and ask them to refund difference in price between 40% and 90% they said can't do that. they also couldn't refund my money. O.k. not at all happy and I let them know and told them It won't look good for them on the review, they couldn't care less.they wouldn't be able to get away with this if I had paid by credit card, never again! I drive 40 miles round trip to ship from a approved ship site.Another week goes by calling them,at this point I think they will ship my coins out over night.No they can't do that.have to wait to come cross country again. wait another week!!! Would I use them again,NO WAY!!!!!! totally unprofessional, after all this I ask to talk to the one in charge, they said impossible. Offered me a $20 dollar coupon good toward next purchase.Like I'm going thru this again,NO WAY!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable dealer.Their just not worth it! Fast and free shipping. Order was packed very well and protected in plastic covers so I keep order in mint condition. I will be ordering from them again.

I recieved my order promptly after my check cleared. Great prices and free shipping. I had no problem with my dealings with J M Bullion. I would order from them again.

We have ordered several times from this company and have had no problems at all. My husband was a little skeptical, but once received the first order, he was sold. The coins are very nice and bright. Customer service is wonderful, as have left other THANK YOU emails and they respond back. We will definitely be doing more business with JM Bullion. Thank you very much.
