JM Bullion

This is my third order with JM orders have been processed very quickly, first two orders arrived one day ahead of projected date. So far it's been a five star company to do business with, love the free shipping.

I've been very happy ordering from JM bullion before and I've been using them for some time. I've bought over 20,000 dollar worth of silver in the past from them. So I thought I would try "junk silver" for once. Their ad on the internet clearly shows, dimes, quarters, and half dollars, implying this is what you will receive. I called a salesperson and he said I would get a mixed bad of junk coins varying in different pieces, dimes, quarters, and so on. Well, after my checked clear the junk silver arrived and it was ALL DIMES. Plus they was 20 cents short although, it's possible I miss counted, so I can live with that. I wrote an e-mail the next day. I didn't get any response at all. Then I called a salesman today and asked what I would get IF I ordered junk silver. He said dimes, quarters and half dollars. When I started to tell him what I received, he said it was their choice. To me, this is bait and switch. Why show anything but dimes if you're only going to send dimes. I have a recent ordered that's paid for on 9th of this month. Here it is the 20th and their site don't even showed my check cleared, yet I know it has. The customer service simple doesn't seem to care at all. I know they are moving their business, but it doesn't change the web site. After all my last order was for 5,000 dollars worth of silver and it hasn't been shipped yet. That's not chunk change to me. The junk silver was 3,0000 dollars worth. There is a lot of completion in the bullion business and JM bullion needs to be more up front before putting things on the internet that simply isn't true or something they have no desire to fill. I will say again, I know they are in the process of moving. HOWEVER, I've ran several successful businesses in my life and I know you have to address ALL problems and do it in a timely manner. I will say this, All other orders from JM bullion was VERY well packed and shipped in a timely manner. My Grandmother taught me if you say something bad, search and always say something good about the person or in this case the company. Hope this helps others.

You have to pay attention to the guidelines, because if you pay by check (for the better price), you need to be prepared for a waiting period of a month to receive your order. They use the same bank I do, but it still was 3 weeks after I mailed the check before my order was checked in by UPS in California, and another week before it showed up. I have no complaints other than the same one everyone else has...VERY slow order processing and shipping.

Sent out a money order April 14th. Got an email confirmation on the 18th they received my payment. Waited 3 weeks no word so I contacted customer service. They said it would ship in 5 days. Waited a week no news so I contacted customer service again. They apologized and said one of my items was out of stock but more had arrived. Next day I received an email confirmation on May 9th with ups tracking. Items arrived as promised by tracking on Friday May 16th. Signature required. I ordered a large silver sunshine bar. Great condition. Only odd thing is it was in a box and not plastic protected like all other metals I have purchased. The gold looked flawless and in protective casings. Awesome products!

I have two completed orders with JM and one pending. All 3 orders have been great. They are a little slower on delivery than others, but not any longer then they say it will take. I love this company and will buy from them again.

If you pay with credit card or paypal it ships pretty fast. If you pay with a check it will take over 30 days for the check to clear. All in all if you follow JM bullion terms and rules you will get your stuff at a great price!! And really its all about the price.

Very pleased with my first purchase from JM Bullion. I had called the Royal Canadian Mint to buy some 2014 Silver Maple Leafs, but found they only sell directly to -- or only will give you the names of -- two dealers; all others, including other dealers, apparently buy from those two sources. I called one of those two dealers (DillonGage.com @ 1-800-375-4653) and (long story short) was told by one of their representative that JM Bullion was (1) reputable, (2) had good very good customer service, and (3) was "perhaps our biggest customer." So I placed my order with JM Bullion, sent my check, and received my coins as promised. I will definitely order from them again. I doubt you can beat their combination of low prices and excellent customer service. Their website works very well and is easy to navigate.

Takes weeks to get an order...way too slow...Have to keep calling and get different excuses from different people each time..They will say it will ship tomorrow but only create the label for shipping to make it seem like it was shipped...days later it finally shows up on the ups website..Sold me 2 100 oz bars that were suppose to be in stock and they werent...Had to wait until they could get more...I think all these great reviews are from their employees...:>)..I will for sure buy elsewhere.
