5 transactions with JM Bullion so far. Very good pricing and communication. Shipping was fast on all but one of the transactions and for the transaction that did get delayed, the communication was good.

Having ordered 17 times, every order has been a smooth transaction. Even the one I screwed up and sent two checks on the same order, (its a long story). They refunded the double payment quickly and support was excellent on both the phone and via email in regards to that order. JM's product offering is outstanding and so far has always been available. Paying by check I have never had to wait for that 10 days for shipment. I live near a competitor mint and they are always out of stock of their bullion and have much higher premiums. Just wish I have more available cash to buy more from JM. JM Rocks!

I have done business with this company twice now and am now planning my next order. These folks have the best prices and I get my product very quickly. I've only phoned once with some questions and was handled promptly and with courtesy. Both purchases were delivered in excellent condition, wrapped and packed like Grandma was shipping you something of a family heirloom. I purchase Eagles, rounds and bars and have found all products to meet my high expectations. I have purchased silver from other sources but not any more...JM Bullion will get all my precious metal business. Last but not least I really like the free shipping as it keeps the dollar cost averaging very predictable. Keep up the good work.

Gentlemen, I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with my first ordering experience with your company. I just became interested in buying precious metals and like most people today went out to the web to research potential sources for purchasing. JM Bullion by far has the best pricing especially when free shipping is provided. I did see the few reviews by people that were “less than thrilled” by their experience with your company, but decided to take a chance and placed an order. Everything went exactly as described by the terms stated on your website. I paid with a paper check that was posted against my order in five days. My order status changed to “paid” after another five days and was then updated to “shipped” after the prescribed 5 day check clearing period. Here are the details of my order I placed just last week with them: I placed an order last Thursday at 11am, I received that order on Saturday afternoon. So yes, from the time I placed my order it was packed and shipped and on my door step in only 2 days!and yes, the shipping was FREE! JM BULLION has a life long customer with me!

I decided to give JM Bullion a test run on buying 4 MS69 graded Silver Eagles in specific year designations. When I received the order, two of the coins had pretty severe brown spotting, and on one of the coins the spotting covered about 30%-40% of the obverse and same on the reverse. I mentioned it via email to customer service, and they asked to see pictures. I sent the pictures, and after 4 business days decided to check back to find out the status. The customer service rep told me exchanges only happen on Fridays, and mine had missed the previous Friday for some reason. I mentioned I was trying to give the coins as a gift and the CS person transferred me over to Frank. Frank immediately generated a free overnight shipping return label and emailed it to me while I was on the phone, and then followed up later to make sure I had received it OK. Frank took the process under his wing and a few days later I had my replacement coins in hand. Top notch dedication to good business! Thanks to Frank I will gladly do business with JM Bullion again. So I wrote a few review my last one was not good I had several eagle tubes and they where late on shipping and packed horribly they where all open and the coins where just loose in the box I decided to give them a another shot since I have done many orders and never had a problem this order I didn't even order a full tube it was packed amazing bubble wrap in the box the tube was taped shut and they actually had bubble wrap inside the tube so the coins wouldn't rattle around also shipped extremely fast sent the check in Tuesday they received it Friday payment cleared on Monday shipped out on Tuesday had silver Saturday not bad at all in my book hopefully whatever was wrong with them is fixed now
