JM Bullion

I ordered a monster box of Austrian Philharmonic Silver Coins on 4-29-2014 at 6:00am PST. I then sent JM Bullion a wire transfer the same day at 10:30am PST. I paid $9.99 extra for the USPS priority mail because I feel they are more reliable than UPS. I received the coins May 1, 2014 at 3:00pm PST delivered to my door. I have been buying gold and silver bullion for about 10 years now from various dealers. This is the first order I made with JM Bullion and am likewise very impressed with the speed and quality of the transaction! I will definitely buy from them again.

Alright, so here's the deal. A month or so ago, A---X offered free shipping through midnight. As most of you already know, JM Bullion is free all the time, every time. I decided to test the waters just a bit. I ordered 2 peace dollars from A---X and 4 from JM Bullion. Nothing special, just checking on delivery times. Mostly just testing the water. I paid by credit card with both orders. One to A---X, one to JM Bullion. A---X had my order in my hands in 5 days. Five days and over and out, done and the peace dollars were exactly as ordered, exactly as advertised, no muss no fuss. Now, here's where things get kind of interesting. It took JM Bullion 12 days to process my order. They finally got it out. HOWEVER, what I received wasn't 4 run-of-the-mill Peace dollars. I got 4 Morgan Dollars. I'm not complaining about that. However, had I ordered 4 morgans and got 4 peace dollars, now we got us a problem. Here's the plan, JM Bullion does Bullion really well. You want Metal Bullion in your hands quickly and efficiently, JM Bullion gets it done. But, as a general rule, A---X charges a respectable shipping charge. If you want a 1900 Morgan, or a 96 ASE, or an 87 CML, eat the shipping and go with A---X. JM is really, really good at bullion bars and current stuff like 2014 ASE's. Maybe their promised website Silver.com will get up and running soon and us collectors can go shopping. Overall, JM Bullion gets my money, depending on what I'm buying. I'll order from them again, no doubt.

I must say after reading some of the negative reviews on JM Bullion I was a little skeptical, This was my first bullion purchase ever. I ordered 20 Silver Eagles from here and 20 Silver Eagles from A----X They each arrived the same day. I will order from here again for sure.

I placed two separate orders for Silver Eagles on 3/29/14 and 4/2/14. I paid by check so I new it would be a minute and I had read reviews with complaints pertaining to shipping time so wasn't expecting my order right away. I received both orders on 4/19/14. Coins are great, wrapped properly, wife loved them. I gave five stars for the shipping time, not because it was incredibly fast, but because it was what they said it would be. No complaints and have ordered again just a few days ago. Has anyone ordered any of their junk silver? Curious as to what you get and the condition.

Cheapest price I could find on Silver Eagles. Received my order in five days when paying with credit card. The order was packed correctly and arrived as expected. Will definitely use JM Bullion again.

I have ordered several times recently even with the problems they have been having I never had a problem waiting 3 to 4 weeks for the the shipment because of the price however this time I noticed that on there website it says the shipment will ship in 3 to 5 days after payment is received this is just a flat lie I've never seen them ship that quick it does say on their website that it can take up to 30 days so I've never had a problem but now they creating a shipping label 3 to 5 days after the payment and then it sits and sits and sits and then after awhile someone will final pick up your package and lastly I ordered a few tubes of eagles and the kind people of jmbullion I guess wanted to make sure that each tube had 20 in them I guess by taking them all out and then forgot to put them back in the tubes to mail it I used to love using this site the price was the best price anywhere and they never lied to you about fast shipment until now I hope they change things and I'll be able to buy again from them but until then I'll be ordering from somewhere else

I ordered American Silver Eagles from JM Bullion; as stated on their website, the order shipped within 5 business days, and arrived 12 calendar days after my order. When I had a question on the tracking number and shipping status, their customer service was very professional. Packaging was secure and professional; would gladly order from them again!

JM claimed they shipped item and gave me a UPS tracking #. Package showed in-transit an d to deliver mon. 4/14/14. When it never arrived I called UPS and they said they never picked up any package and that I should file a fraud claim. I tried to reach JM but was put on hold repeatedly for long durations and never got through. They havent contacted me yet on this matter. Very dissatisfied. If I ever get my silver it will be my first and last order

Ordered on the 27th and paid by wire. UPS label finally printed on the 8th. Still not shipped a week later. They do not have product in stock. I had another label printed the same day and it shipped. Finally. Oh but i forgot the person i talked to on the phone told me they had up to 30 days and if i don't like it tough. Don't waste your time with this place. Its not worth the time. If they spent as much time getting orders out as they do clicking on thumbs and responding to negative reviews they would not have the lowest rating out of all bullion dealers. They never respond to mine because I am completely accurate and they cant ship what they don't have.

I received my silver exactly one week after purchasing.... I loved every piece and will continue to purchase from them.
