This is my second order with jm bullion and I have so far not been impressed with their services. My first order took over a month to to get to me, at the time it was when they were moving to a new warehouse so I forgave them. I made a second order March 24 I got an email on the 28 saying they have received my check it has now been over 2 weeks and they still have not shipped out the items I have purchased. What upsets me the most is that they don't keep you informed, send me an email saying there is a delay or something I am just sitting here left in the dark not knowing where my bullion is. This will most likely be my last order with them since they seem to be consistent with their services.
Shipping Time:
Avoid this company!...my order has been in preparing to ship for over a week...I write them and every day they say the same thing...if your order doesn't ship today it will in the next few business days...well still nothing....I've received two different orders from Goldeneaglecoin.com before I've received one from this company...I called them and all they could tell me is that a tracking number hadn't even been assigned to it yet...I feel I just lost my 150.00 dollars....TERRIBLE company to deal with....run while you can!
Shipping Time:
JM bullion has marked my purchase as shipped. However, UPS has no record of it reaching their facility. I work in law enforcement and this kind of statement could get you jail time if uttered in court. I like to call staements like "your order is shipped" when it has not been shipped lies. Why is my order listed as shipped if only a lable has been prented? Also, why has it not shipped? Did you not own the silver you sold me?

Great all around. Was hesitant to buy based on previous reviews, but they seemed to have everything in order. Purchased 3/25, mailed check on 3/26, they held check after deposit for 5 business days to ensure it cleared, received package on 4/10 in a package that gave no indication of its contents. Great prices, no sales tax, and free shipping.

This was my second purchase from JMBullion and there were no hiccups in shipping this time. Their prices can't be beat. They are just a tad slower than other dealers, but not nearly the slowest that I've encountered. My best advice is to just ignore the shipping dates and tracking and just wait, because it will come in. As long as they can continue their edge on pricing, JMBullion will be my #1 dealer for some time to come. Thanks again.

Have made several orders with jm bullion, normally i pay with credit card and only buy $200-$400 worth of metals at a time (wish i could buy more). Overall service has been good, about on par with Provident Metals. They normally take between 1-5 working days to ship which is pretty good (Ive had mine shipped as fast as one day and as slow as a week, but that was during the busy period where silver dropped. So overall, if you want lighting fast speed, go with APMEX, but be prepared to pay a much higher price. If you dont mind waiting a few extra days, buy with JM and save some $$$.

Before I ordered from jm I read all the reviews and to be honest I almost went to a competitor site but I took a chance and I had my first order in 6 days from the time I pushed the button until it was in my hands needless to say I placed a second order right away and I got it in 4 days !! And when I did call customer support with a question my call was answered right away no wating or run arounds I will most defenetly be ordering more jm got a life time customer. I'm sure some people had problems with the snow storms and the postal service but that's not the foult of jm

Since I posted my prior review JM Bullion is getting back on track. The problem with non-shipment was due to a move and new system going SNAFU. Order is now on the way to me and customer support at JM reached out to me by phone and email to address the issue. I've ordered from them several times and they have shipped in a day or two in all cases but this one. They almost always have the best prices in the industry.

Very good service I have ordered from this company many times both with check and credit card I will say when I pay by credit card I receive the product in about 2 weeks and with a check it takes 3 to 4 weeks but it's still not bad in my opinion so that's something to think about if your wanting your silver quick all in all tho 2 thumbs up and I will be placing another order when I get a chance

I placed two orders from this company in one day and another order from apmex. 3 days later apmex order came in and then i placed another order from apmex and it came in after that i recieved part of my order from jm bullion and since i have placed a 3rd order from apmex and recieved it. It has almost been a month and MY ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED AFTER I TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVISE THEY SAID IT WOULD SHIP LAST WEEK!!! And they charged me ALMOST DOUBLE THE MARKET VALUE FOR MY ORDER !!!!!!'
