Ordered some silver bullets which i love, as a first time buyer i cant complain apart from the selection, it would be nice if it was larger. Prices were good and i paid by check, after 7 days of them having marked my check received they sent my order which then arrived 2 days later. I have another order going through now - cant wait.

Not sure JM is still in business. They took my money with no problem them marked by order shipped withing 24 hours... then nada. It is the 9th business day and they won't respond to contact attempts and still haven't actually delivered silver to the shipping company. My recommendation is to avoid them to see if they go out of business or recover. I think they wait for the price fluctuation or buy from another dealer. I had bought 10oz silver for a birthday gift and of-course it won't arrive in time since birthday is tomorrow. I talked to customer service and he said he can not do anything about it.

Overall I'm pretty impressed, paying was easy, shipping time was pretty good (ordered by card and my metals was with me in something like 4 or 5 days) and the price was the cheapest i found. Would use again.

I gave an overall 3 for my first order because of the delay in shipping time and for a spotty customer communications. Things did improve later and responses to my inquiries were answered more quickly and once the product did ship it got here in a timely manner. I will be placing another order and will review again the whole experience when the order is completed. I'd give a higher rating for the following. 5 stars for the website. By far the best and easiest to navigate than any of the other gold sites I've seen. The order process is very simple and straightforward. The selection of gold and silver products are some of the best I've seen. This is all 5 star stuff. Again as I stated earlier it was the delay between acceptance of my check and shipping that earned a lower rating. I understand this is being addressed and will hopefully come down to a reasonable time frame. I'm looking forward to doing more business with JM and hope to have even a higher rating next time.

I placed my order on March 23(Sunday) and received it today. April 2. Thats 8 business days which I think is a perfect time frame. I currently have a couple of small orders in progress elsewhere just to test the waters but so far, JM Bullion has performed well given my(2)experiences. So as of now, I'm pleased. Thank you.

first and last order called thee time same thing we are working on it got my money next day what next!!!

This company is horrible. I have not received my items. Status said shipped but the USPS does not indicate that they have the items. Nobody ever replied to the email I sent support. I called and they said it will be updated in the next 24 hours but it has not. If I do not receive it in the next couple of days, I will demand a full refund. I will file an FBI complaint if this does not get refunded since the amount is fairly significant.

First time customer. Bad taste .....paid a week ago and still no product also status says shipped but no tracking information. Asked customer support and they stated number has been issued. Yet number was NOT provided. So what was that reply about. Bad first time experience

Web site is very user friendly, prices are lower than most, shipping is not fast but not slow either, except when they were changing warehouses. All in all I am very satisfied with them and have purchased from them 3 more times since, and will again in the future.

This was an order for 20 silver US Liberty dollars. I received the order exactly two weeks after I placed it, sent by 2-day USPS. My only concern was that there was no signature requirement upon delivery and the postman would have just left it on my doorstep had I not been home. Had someone picked it up off my porch I'd have been SOL.
