I have purchase silver over 5 times with JM bullion. Fantastic track record. All were under 5 ounce orders. The only order that was delayed was due to them moving locations. The company informed me of the delay, apologized and offered a discount on next purchase. Very good experiences with them.

On Feb 4th I ordered 15 10oz bars of Sunshine silver from JM. I waited a week and nothing so I called, and was told they ship within 4 business days but can take upto a month. I waited another few days and called again and was told its going out that day. Waited another 2 days and it showed shipped. Great, got the UPS tracking no and it has been two days and it is not showing up in UPS as a valid number. I called JM and they have some BS message that due to the storms phone lines are down and that I have to send an email. Getting close to disputing the charge with my Credit card company. I am not sure this company is going to last for the long haul. Yes they are cheap but CS is non existent and the wait time is horrible. I was told it was shipped, then it was just not picked up lastnight now its somewhere but will ship soon. This is getting more disconcerting by the day. Now its we don't know where it is but are working to ship it and her is five bucks. What a bunch of morroons. Ever see the commercial where the monkeys are in the back working on your car by banging hammers and baseball bats on the eng? This must be how JM works

Ordered January 14th mailed a check the next day to take advantage of the added discount. I received an email on the 21 saying that my check was deposited and it would take no more than five days to receive a tracking number for my order. February 4th I has not received and other correspondence from JM Bullion so I send an email requesting information on my order. Feb 6th I send a second email requesting my money back. I finally get an automated email with tracking number. On the same day I send a third email complaining about the poor customer support and wait period. I received my order February 10th but still have not received any response from anyone at JM Bullion. It took four weeks to receive my order and only received automatic emails from JM Bullion. They do have the best prices with only being a little over spot.

Jan 19 $3000 Credit Card order placed and processed. Feb 11th STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED!!! Customer Service completely lacking...Think I just got ripped off. I will be filing a complaint.

I ordered 10 Walking Liberty silver dollars in pouches. They arrived on January 25, 2014, few days earlier that expected. However they were in very cheaply, poorly made and defective plastic pouches. After 3 emails to JM Bullion they finally wrote back to tell me that they had a problem with the pouch manufacturer and that the problem has now been corrected. They gave me a $5 credit for future purchase. I wrote back and told them I had no use for the credit and wanted the 10 pouches replaced. Never heard from them again.

Test buy from JM Bullion. They failed.

Here I sit awaiting my order delivery. It was placed on January 28, 2014. Payment for the order was drawn immediately from my credit card which is unlike any online shopping experience I've ever had. Payment is usually taken after the product ships. I guess with bullion you have to consider the market and the company does not want to lose money waiting for a shipping date. Seems great customer service would go to any length for the consumer. Instead we must wait for weeks on end before JM Bullion delivers. If business is that good perhaps JM Bullion should hire more help to insure that their orders are delivered in a timely manner. (3-5 business days following payment) I've filed a complaint with the BBB. I'll give JM Bullion 2 more days, then I'll file a complaint with the Attorney General of Pennsylvania. I'm sure I'll eventually get my order which will conclude my business days with JM Bullion.

Ordered on Jan 28th, at which time my credit card was charged and now almost 9 days later still no shipment. Most companies I have ordered from pend payment until such time the shipment is ready then take the money via the credit card. 2 days after ordering I decided to purchase a Silver Angel Coin from a different company and I have already received it. If you are interested in getting your order in a timely fashion, then another company besides JM Bullion might be a better choice

Purchased just over $100 on 1/21/14. Payment went through in 48 hours. Shipment arrived 2/1/14. Arrives in ok packaging but in my opinion took way to long to ship and tracking from the site failed. Even using USPS number could not track. Was very happy it arrived. Worried at first but now it is here I am happy with quality. The 1/10th ounce walking liberty silver rounds aren't as nice as the ounce. They also have small word on back saying copy. Assume that because copy of US mint version. Because of tracking and shipping time I am going to try another seller next month.

With today's nonsensical PM smackdown, I just place another order for some 1oz PAMP Suisse gold bars. This would be my 11th order through them. I also use sdbullion.com because they sometimes have great sales on ASEs or Canadian Silver Maple Leafs; however, JM Bullion always have the best pricing and availability. I looked at other comments and the general consensus is that order-to-product delivery is lengthy. I agree with that, but their competitive pricing is far more important because it allows me to buy more PMs with the same amount of fiat currency than I would otherwise purchase at a different bullion dealer. Remember, it is the number of ounces of PMs you have that is the most important; who cares how long it takes for your to get them as long as you get them. At least, JM Bullion posts the status of your order timely, so that you're not completely in the dark.
