I order some gold, and has yet to be delivered, even though it was ordered and paid for 10 days ago.

If you are trying to purchase a commodity like silver or gold bullion, the whole idea is to get it at the cheapest price that you can. Since JM Bullion has the best prices, they must have to cut costs in other places like customer service. If you go to their web-site and click on "Chat with a Live agent" in the upper right hand corner, I can assure you will find that it is currently not working. They should not pretend to be a customer service company. Lowest prices is the name of their game. I placed two orders with them. It is also important to know if the other bad review that they received were from ordering by paper check. On my first order, the check took a week to be processed by them. I actually received my second order before the first. They should advertise their lowest price marketing at the expense of slower shipping times. If I knew it would take up to two weeks to get my order, I would have still ordered with them to save a couple hundred dollars on the sale. The only suggestion that I have if you pay by check is to send it USPS with a signature of receipt. That was how I sent my second order after waiting 10 days for them to process my first check. In the end, don't expect the greatest Customer Service, but enjoy the lowest price! I'll be back.

I have ordered from them 3 times in the past month. My first order was delivered in less than a week. Second was was much slower and still says that it's shipped when I recieved it two days ago. Third order says I paid when they charged me 3 days ago. Overall I would say they are the best online company due to prices and reliability. As I don't have much to invest under 100 is 5.95 flat shipping so including premiums and shipping it comes out to 3 or 4 above spot per ounce which isn't to bad. Everything thing I have gotten had been as advertised and they get all products from mints so I'm not worried about counterfeits. There delivery times are slow but prices are locked in and it's the holiday season now, which may have something to do with it. For small orders I definitely recommend buying from them. I didn't have to deal with customer service so I cannot give anything on that. They do have a small selection of billion that changes frequently( has changed every time I've ordered) but everything's always in stock. Glad I found them.

They are very slow at shipping product. My first order was small and was received in a timely manner. My second order was large and I agree with what others have said: they don't have a lot of inventory and sell what they don't have. Great for them, not so great for the customer.

I am new to purchasing bullion coins. I ordered 3 Silver American Eagles on 11/11 at 8 PM (a holiday). I mailed my check on 11/12 at a Post Office. They acknowledged receipt of the check on 11/15. I received notice that they were shipped on 11/21. I received the coins on 11/25. The quality was good and I was pleased with the speed. I have no idea how this compares to any other dealer, but it all seemed quite reasonable to me. I will order from JM Bullion again.

It takes much longer then I expected to process and ship my order compare to AMPEX or other on lie store which ships the next day after wire the fund. I regret my purchase and will not buy anymore from them.Go and buy from other seller if you want a normal or better device

it took longer then I expected to process and ship my order, but the bad part yes I live in a apartment complex but that shouldn't have stopped the mailman from having me sign a confirmation that my order arrived. I logged in under order history (delivery confirmed yesterdays date) I was home all day.. so I was scared the mailman stole my order. not blaming JM bullion for the mail-man failing to do his job

Ordered and paid with credit card a couple of weeks ago. My ASE's were dispatched the day after I paid and I received 3 days after that. Couldn't be happier with the service. I Dont know what the customer service is like as I didnt need to contact them.

My first experience with JM Bullion was a refreshing experience in purchasing my precious metals. I had decided to make my first few purchases small to see how JM preformed. I received my order in a timely manner and was able to track it from the time of purchase to delivery to my front door every step of the way. But I must say it was my second and third time ordering that helped me decide that this was the firm I was going to be doing my ordering with from now on. There was a problem with me being able to order online so I called JM Bullion to place my orders. This is where I knew I had chosen the right company. The two representatives went out of there way to not only rectify my problem with ordering online, but spent a significant amount of time trying to assist me with fixing my computer glitch for what I must say were small orders. They seemed not to care if my order was a few silver coins, or a gold bar. They were going to go out of there way to treat me as a valued customer no matter what. On top of that, the customer service manager even emailed me to thank me for taking the time to inform JM Bullion of these two representatives and how top notch there actions were. At this point I will be informing my associates to seriously look into purchasing with JM Bullion for there precious metals needs. So far, so good!

Not sure about the reviews claiming slow shipments.They held my check a week before cashing but after it cleared my shipment arrived within days.They kept me informed via email of each step along the way.Very satisfied and have already ordered from them again(and received)..P.S. The price of silver went up after I bought so if they were going to wait for it to come back down before shipping I would think they would have tried with my order,just a thought.
