I'm not sure how to rate this dealer ..... the shipment was very late.

They are THE only business that exists in this Industry as far as i'm concerned. Shipping is lightning fast. Never longer than 2-3 days. Everything I have received is in new condition and packaged to perfection. No indication of valuables. In these times when we are on the edge of our seats, waiting to see what happens with the dollar, J.M. Ordered 1 AE and 1 CM Silver Dollar on August 19th and product was in my hand on August 22nd. Cost was $60.38, exact same order from Apmex would have cost $75.54.

After a follow up email from JM thanking me for an order of 117 oz of Johnson Matthey silver bars, I received a $20 coupon and used it for a 1 oz. PAMP Suisse Lunar Dragon Silver Bar. Cost was $38.11, got it for $24.06. Ordered August 2nd – product was in my hand on August 5th. While I do understand there are a lot of unhappy posts about JM - they basically all come down to delivery time – I have had nothing but the best experience regarding that and also love the communication. Bottom-line, I would rather save hundreds in costs and wait an extra week or two (even if that were the case) than get my product faster and pay hundreds of dollars more. I mean physical precious metal investors are in it for the long haul – the investment – buy low, sell high – not how fast the shipping was 10 or 20 years ago.

I ordered 117oz of Johnson Matthey Silver Bars from JM. Not only did I get my delivery 3 days after I wired a check BUT I also saved $353.10 compared to the same order as if I went with APMEX. Great email updates on my order, packaged very well and exactly what was promised. Great Job JM and still cant believed I saved that much with you.

So far, my experience has been good. I placed my order for 120 ASE on July 1st on their website and sent off my check July 2nd. I got really nervous after I sent off the check because of finding and reading some of the bad reviews after I sent off the check. It was marked on my account as received on July 8th (July 4th slowed things down a little). That was a relief! The money came out of my account on July 8th, and then the hold time started. I got a email on July 15th that my order had shipped and I received them yesterday, July 18th. I really liked how the shipping progress was right on my order page - seeing where it was and when it was out for delivery - it was a nice touch. Also, when I opened my box, the tubes were wrapped well in bubble wrap, then put in a box, then bubble wrapped again and put into another box! The way it was packaged, I thought there might be glass in there as well! I must admit that the wrapping was very impressive. So, it was 17 days from order time to receiving my order. I would assume ordering by credit card would speed up the process, but the time my order took seemed to be what they promised. I always see their prices being the best or nearly the best, so I believe I will continue to check out their offerings and I will feel a little bit more confident next time when ordering from them. I do not really write reviews for products or vendors, but I wanted to write one about my buying experience that included time frames so that others might know better what to expect.

I ordered first time from this seller. Price are very reasonable. Only problem is that it takes approx 3 weeks from giving order to get item. Otherwise good seller. I will definitely repurchase from them.

I've ordered from JM Bullion on four occasions and feel obligated to report that the experiences so far have been perfect. I've received three of my four orders and I'm waiting on the fourth. Admittedly they are small orders (20 ASE's each time), but I've received what I ordered and in the time frame expected. I was so alarmed by the reviews on this website that I was obligated to dump each 20 coin US Mint container and inspect the items received. All appear perfect. Sounds like my experience is not the norm, but I did feel obligated to report that my interactions have been flawless.

I made a second order after the first arrived, I did make sure the silver was listed as in stock and it shipped later in the week. So 2 for 2. Just wanted to let people know that they do seem legit and for small quantities credit card offer protection.

Looked at many others and JM Bullion is the best I could find , they were very nice on the phone and informative , will keep stacking silver with them
