I ordered some random year Morgan Dollars. USGB sent me all 1921 Morgans. When USGB called me a couple of days after delivery to inquire about my satisfaction, I explained what went wrong. The man told me he would look into it and get back to me. I am still waiting three months later. The rip-off is only about $50 but it's the principle of it to me. A penny or a million dollars. It's still cheating. The five 1921 Morgans I was sent were charged at$30.36 each instead of $21.75 which they were advertised at online. The random year Morgans were $30.60/ Anyway. Plenty of good dealers out there otherwise.

Made a order over 2k dollars as my personal account rep told me to. Placed order via echeck using Wells Fargo, 24 hours later I get a email stating my order is on hold and I have 3 days to respond or the order will be canceled. I called spoke to my rep who later transfered me to a account agent that stated they need to verify my mailing address and I should send a bank wire. Now keep in mind I just bought bullion off 3 other larger dealers in the same week using the same payment type and all 3 orders were shipped out without question. Since my order was placed with gold bureau spot price in 24 hours was up almost half a dollar, times that to the 300 plus coins I was going to purchase. The sales rep said give me your social and we will run it to see if we can verify your address, I told her I can send you via scanned email my license, bank statement, utility bill, passport and other supporting documents and she replied let's wait to hear back from the security team about your social and if not you can send a wire. Now I called the bank and a wire is 20 dollars, which is a added cost to me and increases the price of the coins I had bought. So I waited and she said if she didn't have a answer for me today she would call tomorrow. 5 hours later I got a email stating my order was canceled and I could place a new order and preferably using a bank wire. So now your email said 3 days, rep said call you tomorrow and in 5 hours my order is cancelled (probably due to me getting the coins cheap and the spot raised high the next day) here is a cut and paste of the email. Your recent order with the U.S. Gold Bureau has been cancelled. You may choose to place a new order, using a different method of payment, preferable a Bank Wire Transfer. You can make this selection at check-out. Please see our website for our Bank Wire Instructions. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to serve you again in the future. Sincerely, The U.S. Gold Bureau Team (800) 775-3504 Look at them on eBay, many many negative feedbacks for canceling orders. I will never use them again nor should you, there are many other sites to buy cheaper and not wait two days for them to cancel just because you got a good deal.

U S Gold Bureau cancelled my silver coin order although their charge to my credit card had been processed 8 days prior. Customer service personnel became rude and could not provide a coherent answer when asked why my order had not yet been shipped. I'm amazed that this company attempts to pitch IRA investments when they failed to ship a relatively small order of coins for which they received payment over a week prior. Please read other reviews before doing business with this company.

placed order, they took money out of my account t, stI'll have not received order, almost 2 weeks now. called them on to find they have very unprofessional customer service. Downright rude now. Will Never buy from this company again. couldn't imagine thsee people handling my retirement money. eek!! beware

US Gold Bureau Runs Silver Eagle Scam on Ebay Reviewed by Al | 8 years ago

US Gold Bureau put a listing on ebay for a roll of silver eagles at $326 in order to get the names and addresses of bullion buyers. Then a few hours later they cancelled over 1100 orders. This incident occurred on 12/8/17.. I urge you not to buy from this company because they have a history of scamming their customers going back to 2009. They have paid off Ripoffreport.com's extortion fee to so that no more complaints against ROR will be published.

Only reason I give a 1 is there is no choice for a lower rating. I have never dealt with a worse company ever! I have been harassed by sales and customer service. Do not buy here. Don’t do it. Hoping for a class action lawsuit. Hard to believe they have stayed in business and out of jail.

Ordered on October 10th with funds directly deducted from my checking account on October 13th. As of October 24th no product has been received and there has been no notification of shipment. Did business with them earlier in the year and it took a lot of calls and emails to get them to ship back then as well, so this appears to be their business model. This will be my last order with USGB.

Do not buy from this company. They used the same ploy on me. I placed my order on 08/19/2016 and they held it for over three week until the price of gold went up and then informed me that my order had been cancelled but that I could re-order at a higher price. They said that it was cancelled because they needed my SSN. They also tried the hard sale tactic push to try to get me to buy proof coins at an extremely high price. Since I no longer trusted the company, I was relieved that the order was cancelled. After the order was confirmed as cancelled, I placed the same order with Provident Precious Metals. The order went through the same day and I received shipping confirmation the next day. I also did not have to give them my Social Security Number. Makes me nervous what a scam company like this would do with my SSN.
