Very happy with the products and service received. The customer service is very prompt and the web sight is very easy to navigate. I had a question which I emailed to the company and got a detailed responce within a few hours. My first order was puchased with a personal check on 4/17 received the items on 5/2. I have placed 2 more orders since the first. Ive ordered from a few online silver dealers and must say Providents prices are great. I highly reccomend trying them out!
