As a first time buyer, i didn't know what to expect, but the service from Birch Gold Group was terrific. We spoke about what i was looking for, they explained how they could help, and we worked towards a selection of gold and silver that made sense for me. They left no question unanswered, they replied to messages quickly, the shipment arrived when they said. All in all it was a good and pleasant experience.
