Buyer beware! They don’t stand behind their products.
I purchased 1 brilliant uncirculated (BU) coin and 4 very good (VG) coins. The “BU” has rim damage, very little original luster, and deep scratches. One of the “VG” coins is cleaned, 2 of them have an outlined design/missing rim details.
Emails asking for assistance were given dismissive responses and a manager on their call hotline was unwilling to even receive pictures of the coins in question.
Apparently, their merchandise is “graded by third party sellers” and they “have no control over the quality of merchandise”.
