shipping slow, customer service rude

When buying from Provident, expect your order to take a week (or more) to process, if your order says "still processing" and is shipped, that indicates that they are dishonest and committing mail fraud. The products, if not noted as NEW are all scratched up and totally unacceptable, they will harass you if you want to do a return, and the customer service has an attitude like the customer is lucky to be graced to buy from them. They just pretty much feel that they get enough business that they don't need you as a customer

Slowest dealer in precious metals I have puchased from so far. 1st order was slow. second order worse. placed 2nd order on 3/4 and it is 3/14 and is still being "processed". Will not purchase from again. They claim high demand, however other dealers do not seem to have a problem getting the same products out on the same day or even one day after puchase.
