Great initial experience purchasing metals online. Order arrived 2 days after placed. Prices are among lowest. I will be purchasing from JM Bullion again and see no reason to consider another service.

Other than free bullion I don't know what else you would want from these guys. They're good. Two separate orders to date and each shipped immediately. First order was CC and I was happy to get a call from JM asking me to confirm the purchase. Prices are fair. Especially when you factor in the shipping. Items were as advertised. Great selection. Will definitely be buying again from JM.

I ordered the 10oz Sunshine silver bullion. Did everything online. Received the shipment exactly when indicated and, of course, needed to sign for it. Packaging was great. Bullion was sealed in plastic sleeves to preserve them. I'm happy with this purchase. The only surprise was the difference between spot price and purchase price. Obviously this will always be different - it was more than I originally anticipated, however.

JM Bullion is the gold and silver dealer I buy from the most. It's shipped discreetly in a box so no one knows that I'm having valuable items sent to my mailbox, which is a big deal for me since I work off hours and can't get home until late at night. I haven't had any issues with the products I received so far and don't intend to in the future. So three things to sum up my experience from shopping their site would be: good prices over spot value, fast shipping (receive my stuff in 2-3 days), and I get exactly what I purchased.

I bought times from JM Bullion. First two time both had quality issues with the coins. Chips, dents, major scratches, spots, you name it. Contacted Customer Services with pictures and they agreed to exchange them. The fourth time (my last time) has the same problem - major chips and scratches and spots on the "brilliant uncirculated" coins. I contacted them and got no response. I followed up two more times and no response. Now I am working with PayPal to hold back my payment.
Very obviously JM Bullion sells after-cherry-picked items.
If you care about the quality, don't buy from JM Bullion. I had given it enough opportunity to prove itself - it failed miserably, both in quality and customer service.

I placed an order on a Saturday and it was at my door that Mon afternoon. JM provides impeccable service, amazingly fast delivery and absolutely accurate descriptions. There is no reason to use any other vendor, imo.

Fast and easy to navigate website. Up to the minute spot prices. Fast, accurate delivery. I used a debit card, though, and will text them with a paper check next time around.

I have dealt with JM Bullion on a great number of occasions. I am always treated courteously, professionally and fast whenever I need to do online chat with them. The products I have ordered through them are always top notch. I quit buying silver on ebay because of the hassle free superior service I get from JM Bullion. I ordered 3 -2016 Somalian Elephant Coins that arrived in beautiful condition. I also bought 3 Mexican libertads that were just as pretty. JM Bullion was very quick as usual to get my order shipped. I got my order in a record 2 days. No other on line precious metals dealer does it better. I have gotten orders AT MY HOUSE in less time than Provident Metals took to ship my order. When Provident Metals says it may take up to FIVE DAYS to ship your order, they are not kidding. JM Bullion has NEVER taken more than 24 hours to ship my order. Even though I am a small potatoes customer, JM Bullion treats me like I bought $10,000 in bullion.

The 2oz. silver bullet, as well as everything else I order from JM is always as promised or better. It really was totally cool and everybody who sees it wants to know where to get one! I have been dealing with them for over 3 years now and have placed dozens of orders and have yet to be disappointed. There prices are as good or better then most others offer and when they have sales they are unbeatable. I also like that you don't have to spend thousands of dollars in order to buy. I just don't have that much laying around and appreciate that I don't need to... to protect myself from the stupidity of our present government.

The order took a bit longer to receive than anticipated but I did order during the Christmas Holidays so a little longer shipping time is to be expected. The order came well packaged and in excellent condition. I am well pleased with my order and will make more in the future. This was my first time buying with JM Bullion and I'm glad I finally did.

It doesn't say ANYWHERE on the website that they won't ship to my billing address that is at a ups store. I'm a real estate investor that moves from house to house so my billing address for everything is my local ups mail store. I purchased Gold and Silver from Jm's website yesterday when the price was really LOW. It's gone UP a lot today and they cancelled my order. The manager said NO I WON"T HONOR THE BUY PRICE from yesterday. AS it's gone up to much. So he loses a customer and likely many more... Stupid greedy people suck!! NEXT TIME DO THE RIGHT THING !!

With all things being equal with precious metals what separates JM Bullion from the pack is price, products, free shipping and service.

I was skeptical buying silver "on-line" as anyone should be. I made my first purchase after checking them out with the BBB, I work too hard for my hard earned cash to be scammed.
Then I made a little bit larger purchase still "testing the waters" but with more confidence and was impressed by how well the transaction went.
With the difference payment methods your able to develop a level of safety and trust that is so important with internet sales.

Finally I mailed a paper check for the best price-point on my larger bullion purchase. Shipping was slowed while my check cleared but I expected that and I was very pleased with the robust packaging and the discreet labeling.

Have ordered from JMB twice. Got what I ordered both times. Paid once with paper check, once with Debit card. Once check cleared (and they DO wait until it clears), delivery was quick and efficient - just like they said it would be. Information on website re: ordering/payment/shipping/condition of merchandise is VERY accurate. Photos do not show real condition of merch. I bought - actual items I bought looked 10 times BETTER! Minimum order is $100.00 - this plus price over spot = profit and ability to provide FREE shipping.

I haven't bought from another precious metals provider, so I can't compare. But I've been treated so well by JMB, I have no plans to buy anywhere else. I look forward to my next transaction...

This is the best place by far to order silver. Wished I could only order 50$ at a time, but other than having to get a 100$ at a time its great.

I also called to answer some identification questions which is standard for first time users. I liked the honesty of the rep with the shipping timeline. Annoyed that I knew that I was not going to receive by the date I had planned to, but happy because it helps me to plan. My suggestion would be to offer overnight shipping.

As my title states, I have no complaints. Two different orders, same results. One just before Christmas, one just before new years. Both times from order to receipt less than 6 days, surprising as it was a holiday both times. I will order again from JM as long as they don't give me a reason not to.
