Product arrived in a timely manner well packaged. The condition of the bars and coins were excellent. I dabble in silver so I’m not an expert, but everything I purchase has arrived in a nice plastic sheet for small quantities and tubes boxes for larger. I’ll continue to shop here.

I placed an order with JM bullion. please note that I had placed orders in the past and had no issue with delivery

when UPS attempted to deliver the order they could not find my address and noted a delivery exception when I noticed the delivery exception I contacted UPS and explained my address to them which is actually a range of numbers

it is easy to get confused if it was a new delivery person so I simply called UPS and gave them a clarification on the address .... UPS said they would be happy to read deliver but needed a call from the company to re-send to a new address even though technically it was the same address with one digit different

I call JM bouillon and ask them to please contact UPS and authorize the redelivery for the next day initially BJ and bouillon customer service person lied and told me that UPS would not deliver to a new address

I then explained to the JM bouillon person that I had already called UPS and spoke with (I provided the UPS person's name) and said that he would be more than happy to read deliver the package tomorrow they just needed a phone call

JM bouillon then refuse to read deliver the package and said that it was their policy to have the package shipped back to them a new label printed and then have the package it redelivered I explained that that was a waste of time and it did not make sense for me to have to be inconvenienced and pay someone to pick up my mail while I was gone on vacation because they wanted to send a package back and redeliver it

I explain to them that if they wanted to do that to just keep the product and I would go to a different online company when I returned in place my order at which point the customer service person threatened me and said that if I did not except the delivery it would be considered a cancellation and they would charge me a cancellation charge

The customer service person then hung up on me

I went online to find out who the CEO of JM bouillon was and I sent him an email explaining that the customer service person among other things hung up on me

initially he apologized and said that he would get to the bottom of the issue the first thing in the morning

The next day I emailed him and asked how could I get my money back and have my account closed I did not hear back from him it has now been over a week and a half I have not received my money back I have not received the product I ordered and I never received a follow-up from the CEO

I would strongly recommend to anyone thinking to purchase to not buy from this company there are other companies online that offer much better customer service like provident metals SD bouillon apmex and others that are very friendly timely and will not treat you poorly

This was my first time ordering silver online. I received what I ordered in a quick and timely manner. The prices were better than the other websites that I looked at. I just placed another order with JM Bullion yesterday. I hope to have the same experience that I did the first time. Look forward to getting my new bars any day now!

I have purchased from another on-line silver dealer believing that I was getting the best deal and fast delivery I could find, I received an email from JMBullion with an ad for their silver so thought what the heck I purchased from them 2 years or so ago, don't know why I didn't after that, but went ahead and purchased from them again. WOW what a difference, "free shipping" and it was FAST, the coins were beautiful, the package was well done and the dollar value was outstanding. I now purchase ONLY from JMBullion and I advise all those I know that purchase silver and gold to go to JM.

Selection is good, prices are reasonable compared to other dealers, products received are as advertised. The only drawback is the lag time between when I see my check clear my bank and when I receive my order - sometimes more than 10 days - even though I send the check the same day I place an order. In this day and age it should be quicker than that. For example, I placed an order on Oct. 12, sent check Oct. 13. Still waiting for order to arrive and it's now Oct. 23. Shipping label was just created. Probably won't get order until Oct. 24 or 26 now.

I use to buy gold bar from Singapore when I was posted there. When I reached US, I found the same brand here at this site which persuaded me to try and I am happy to say that I am not disappointed. Product reached me within a week of payment and in proper package.

Every order I have placed has arrived quickly and accurately. The On Sale Now items posted each Monday have allowed me to build a nice stack of items at near spot cost. I highly recommend this company.

I'm currently overseas with the U.S. Army. I started buying and saving bullion in the States before I was ordered overseas. Another dealer refused to ship to me partly because I was a "small" account. Well, they have lost a lot of business. JM Bullion accepted my online order quickly and shipped it via USPS in a plain little container that gave no clue as to the content. The USPS tracking system work great - I received an e-mail when it arrived at my location. Overall great service and best of all no shipping costs on orders over $100. I have nothing but good things to say about JM Bullion. I started buying silver using their $100 minimum for free shipping, which was so much better than some of their competitors. As I got more comfortable I increased my orders, and order frequency. I have made more than thirty orders now of both silver and gold, and have never had a problem.

For newbies, the downloadable information on buying precious metals is really going to help put you at ease. The speed of service is amazing, and the packaging secure and unobtrusive. The option to sign for packages under $500 is there if you need it, and more importantly it is not if you don't want to draw extra to your delivery. If you live in a small town, you will know that post office people tend to comment if you keep getting packages that need a signature :-)

My first metal purchase was about a month ago and after doing much research with with JM Bullion, there selection is good like any company can always use more but very satisfied, have spot prices readily available and purchasing though I don't like the $100.00 minimum is very easy and smooth. I feel I got What I was expecting as far as quality and value. The shipping process seems a bit slow, but I was a little excited. If they would show out of stock product I would have waited to buy from JM.

Great products, best prices, fast service. Only one bone to pick. You charge extra for paypal services. I can understand extra charges on a credit card, as they charge the seller a fee, but with paypal cash is sent directly from my backing account and clears immediately. Does paypal charge the seller a fee? If so, I get it, but if not I just don't understand. Can you let me know?
