I have purchased from most internet dealers, but I ALWAYS end up back at JM bullion. Quick to ship, best prices, and have not had a problem in the 5 or so years of ordering from them.

I called customer service before placing my order and found them to be very pleasant and well informed. Placing the order was very straight forward. I wired the funds and got email confirmations that the wire had been received, the funds had been applied and the gold had shipped - all on the same day. The gold arrived a couple days later and the 1oz bars were packaged in a plastic container that I'm using to store them in.

My only regret is that JM Bullion does not buy gold so I'll need to sell it to another vendor when I'm ready to sell. Otherwise I couldn't be more pleased with their service and their competitive pricing.

I only get my silver from JM Bullion. No one beats their price and quality.

A direct payment from my checking acct would be much faster and still be a cheaper option than s debit transaction for both parties! Any way to set this up or are there plans in the future to conduct ghis kind of a transaction?

No problems. I got what I ordered and they didn't go bankrupt waiting for the order ( bullion direct experience). Note to all : don't let anyone hold your metal! If they go bankrupt you lose it all (might recover a little but you get the point.)

I'm fairly new to buying bullion and coins. Started out in the late 80's and got burned by a local dealer. Been buying from JM Bullion now since March of 2015 and have not had a single issue with their service or orders. Everything shows up as it should and when i expect it to as i do the e-check routine. Wish it was a little faster but i understand their legal limitations on these types of transactions and it saves me some good money by going this route. I've no reason at this time to go any place else to buy my silver and for what i buy, prices (including free shipping) can't be beat. I started buying precious metals many years ago. I was lured by one of those companies that has big name spokesmen (I won't say the name, but it rhymes with "holdline".). Their premiums were outrageous. (It took a 45% jump in gold prices for me to break even....I know, I should have shopped around). I then moved to another company. The salesman I dealt with was fired because he wouldn't push expensive numismatics or their "specials". Bye. Then I stumbled on JM. Fantastic prices. Jimmy Johns speedy delivery. Quick, accurate responses both via e-mail and phone. Free shipping on purchases over 100 bucks so working slobs like me can accumulate with the benefit of cost averaging. No hiccups with several purchases. They have my 100% recommendation!

I have placed several orders with JMB. I have been extremely satisfied with each order. I shopped around and found that their overall price is less than any competing site. I also took my first order into a local coin shop to ensure that it was authentic gold & silver. It was. Quality product, lightening fast shipping, secure packaging, great website, great prices, no complaints. For smaller orders that I want quicker, I will pay with PayPal as the premium is not that much. For larger orders, I pay with a check and wait as it is cheaper to mail a check and use Priority Mail to mail the check than to pay the premium for paying with PayPal.

There premium was kinda high compared to a other place i found!! they have a good selection and fast shipping but the customer service could not really explain how the insurance on orders worked which made me feel really uneasy!!

sad to say i don't see my self buying more then a $100 or $200 at a time here!! just to be safe!!

One of the jm bar did have a small dent in it! i'm not to worried since i collect for weight but if someone who collected to show off there metals might be a little upset over it!!

there bars are really amazing though! i like the fact even the 1oz has serial numbers! only feature i would like is a page where you could confirm your bar with jm bullion!

I've been getting into collection precious metals as well as coins, and as a newer member into the collector field, JM Bullion makes it easy to find some great products to start with, and build up ones collection with. Website is easy to navigate, customer service is incredibly professional as well as friendly and a pleasure to talk with as well as to work with. They have a vast knowledge base that they publish on their website for all newbies and beginners to read and expand their own knowledge base. Free shipping is the cherry on top of the ice cream (though you do need to make a minimum purchase of $100). All of my packages have arrived at my doorstep in 2 days time, and I live up in New England.

The 3rd time is not always a charm. Horrific experience will no accountability on behalf of the vendor. (20) 1 oz silver bars ordered, paid for, shipped and never received. JM Bullion left me to have to fend for myself with the USPS. When asked the question, why would anyone every ship precious metals without requiring a signature there was no response. Just "As stated in our Terms and Conditions, Each package over $500 requires a signature upon delivery."
Closing my account after spending over $4k. BUYER BEWARE. Saving a few dollars per bar is just not worth the hassle. Placed 4 orders with APMEX in the same time period and never had a single issue. The 5 days to pay, guaranteed delivery and customer support, should be something JM BULLION should take note of if they wish to retain customers. Wish I had better words but it's a service industry. If you can't provide good service, you don't deserve good reviews. Good luck to all the smaller volume customers because quite frankly, you're on your own unless you pay to expedite the shipping at checkout.

I placed my order and less than 5 minutes later is was put together and marked shipped. this is my fourth order from JM and this has happened all 4 times. this dealer is top notch! i would tell all my friends to come here and come back. I will be back for another order next month!

My latest purchase from JM was like all the rest. Couldn't be any better product, price, and service. I don't reckon I'm a precious metals investor or stacker but I do buy multiples of some items when the price demands it, I just buy what I like and am always on the lookout for anything unique and different. My latest purchase of an Elemetal Siren to go with my Privateer and the Grand Canyon Ultra High Relief is the first and hopefully many mote will come in their American Landmarks Series. All this being said, I don't look much of anywhere or compare prices any more because I know I can get what I want and the service I deserve here at JM Bullion.

I found the experience of buying my first bullion order very easy and fast. The website is straightforward, with lots of different coins, bars and rounds to choose from. They also provide current spot price and other tools to know exactly what you are purchasing, allowing order processing without needing to call. Free shipping is a big deal to me and was one of the reasons I chose JMB. They also offer a discount for directly linking your bank or using a check but I found the ability to pay with PayPal to be the most convenient. I place my orders on the weekend and I get confirmation of shipping and order tracking on Sunday night - a pleasant surprise. Box arrives without any indication of what the contents are. My orders a very small and still they are handled with the care and service of large orders.

I've read some reviews about issues but it usually has to do with very unreasonable customer requests that no dealer in precious metals could resolve (i.e. needing to wait for checks to clear before shipping or not having matching addresses between billing and shipping.)

I've ordered twice now and could not be more happy with how the order is handled. I will be ordering more in the future.

Be careful if your check is lost in the mail and you pay for the order using your credit card and you receive your oreder and the check arrives a few weeks later. They will cash your check without you knowing about it. You would think they would shred it up if it ever arrives. I should have paid to have the checked stop payment my fault. So now they receieved the the check cashed it knowing full well its been lost, and you just paid double the amount for the item and they will not be in any hurry to help you out. I have attempted to make two orders now with JM and neither have gone through. According to JM it is a "billing address issue". I have made numerous purchases from Provident and Apmex with zero issues. I have even called my bank and verified my billing address is current. I attempted to contact JM by phone and was on hold for over an hour and gave up. I did contact a service rep through online chat which was a terrible experience. There was no effort at all on her part to at least try and resolve the issue. If JM works for you good, if not good luck getting anything resolved in a professional manner. I'll stick with Provident Metals.

Since last November I have ordered the silver one OZ coins made in Canada,GB,and the USA and a 100oz bar made at Sunshine Silver and they have ALL arrived FAST......within 4 or 5 days each time and in nice USPS packages.

I reviewed several dealers on line and ended up with JM Bullion. Their prices are fair and the page is clear for easy shopping. I ordered on Monday night, wired the payment Tuesday noon. They shipped Tuesday afternoon and I got the package by Friday noon. I am happy overall except that it seemed that there was no one to pick up the phone.

I have very pleased with the service and deals that JM Bullion provides. I have made a number of orders from them and they have provided great customer service. The shipment takes a little longer but I pay using check so I have to wait until the check clears before they will ship. That's the only downside, other than that every Monday they have a sale and with free shipping it allows you to get the best deals on gold and silver bullion.

I have made many orders with JMB, and will continue to do so. They are a reputable company, with a solid track record. I usually receive orders within a couple of days, which is impressive for cross-country shipping. This past order was much slower, but I did receive it, and the order was correct. I realize the many variables in the logistics chain, and am not concerned about the delays. The shipping packages are non-descript, which is smart. The few times I have called customer service, they were helpful and efficient. I commend JMB on an excellent operation.

Placed two different orders with them so far, mostly testing the waters. Both shipped fast, arrived intake and very well packed. Will be ordering more in the near future.

What I like about JM Bullion is the free shipping coupled with the weekly sales. I always choose to pay by check to get the extra 4% off the premium. This option does cause shipping to be delayed until your check clears so you don't get instant gratification.
While they were moving their fulfillment facility and offices last month they had some extended shipping and response times, but I expected that since they clearly communicated that on their website that due to the move, and the demand during the low spot prices we experienced, that processing and shipping would be delayed.
I have never had a bad experience with JM Bullion. I've always received what I ordered when I expected it. I've compared prices around other companies and I find that with the weekly sales, pay by check discount, and free shipping that I'm getting a good value for my stacking budget.
The last couple of orders I made were during the move. I bought the 1 1/4 oz Canadian Bison coins and some five oz bars to take advantage of sales and the low spot prices. They arrived well packaged and protected. Unless I find a good local dealer I expect to continue doing business with JM Bullion.
