The JM Bullion website is EASY to use. SUPERB products! The only star I took off in my review was for shipping, and that's more an issue with USPS than with JM Bullion. (JM Bullion MIGHT want to consider using another shipping service.) I will be back to this site to make more purchases -- AND would recommend it to friends.

Having recently started in acquiring silver, I've taken the tack of looking for low cost deals. The folks at JMB have provided weekly specials with premium values less than the local dealers. This opportunity has allowed me to acquire very interesting bars and rounds, such as the Prospector Bar. Their customer service has been very responsive to questions and concerns. The delivery of my purchase has everyone beat. I keep looking around to see what others offer and at the end of the day, JMB gets my business.

That is a deal i have never seen before and even convinced my seven years from retirement parents to buy physical Gold and Silver ETF's for their IRA's. The stock market bubble is going to correct and I remembered back in 2007/8 when they said how they lost so much money in their 401K and IRA's and through YouTube videos and articles convinced them to buy Physical Assets as a dtore of value that would not go down when the stock market corrects. Either way this website beats others like SD that I have looked at especially for bullion rounds and bars and also give great prices on other metals and government minted coins at a very fair above spot price. This order contains 5 Silver Eagle coins. Four of the five coins have obvious spots and even scratches. When I spoke to the customer service rep handling this order, he asked me if I wanted to do an exchange or refund. I asked him an exchange for what, because I didn't want spotted or scratched coins again. I was hoping he could tell me some process that would assure me my exchange would provide acceptable coins. The representatives response to me was "obvious I didn't want an exchange of another spotted coin" if you can't explain to me how you will correct my order so coins like these dont slip through. please refund me for my order. I'd rather pay more so I don't have to wait before I get an order that I have to send back and wait for a refund. Summarily this means you're supposed to get it right the first time or explain how it will be better if given a second chance

JMB has provided all of this in my years of dealing with them, with small and larger orders, I have been super satisfied with every one of them. This is a great way to buy precious metals at a low mark up. After checking out many precious metal sites I decided to go with JM Bullion because I discovered that their cost over spot price was less than the other sites for the exact same items. Shipping… buyer beware.

I ordered a tube of these rounds in November. While other orders I have received have been good, and delivered in a timely manner, be VERY careful about the amount, where, and how you have them delivered.

I ordered a tube of 20 rounds which never arrived. I inquired and JM opened an investigation with the USPS. After some work I was able to demonstrate the order was never delivered to me, and that most likely it was a shady mail carrier.

After a few emails, JM stopped responding to me. They send out a “Norton Insurance” warm-and-fuzzy email but do not really insure deliveries of this size and I guess I am flat out of luck.

Shipping was fast and the pieces arrived in perfect condition - so happy with this purchase and will definitely be back for more!

First bad experience with JMB came on my most recent purchase of a 2010 silver panda and 20 mexican libertad coins. The panda had a dark brown stain within the coin and the libertads did not look in BU condition... so i returned and exchanged them immediately. I had to pay for shipping, which i thought was not good service since they're the ones that sent me subpar coins. About 2 weeks later I received new coins which were in even worse shape than the first batch! Some of the libertads even had mold on them! I called JMB stressing my disappointment and all they were able to do was offer yet another return label and to send them back and provide a refund... again.. shipping would have to be paid by ME. I've purchased many gold and silver coins from them before this terrible experience and never had an issue, so I'll probably even still continue to buy from them but I have to say I was very surprised at how poor the service is when there seems to be an issue. I wasted my time 2x to go send these back and even had to pay for shipping your mess back. How about a couple of free coins for my troubles and bad experience? free shipping label to send back to you? anything?
