After shopping around at a few dealers, Midwest Bullion Exchange (MBE) is the ONLY place I buy now!

Customer service is FANTASTIC. If by chance there are any minor issues with an order, Scott will be extremely communicative and make sure everything is fixed up right away. I have not seen or heard of any other dealers provide the quality service at MBE.

Maybe the most important point -- MBE treats you like a #1 priority whether you're a big, veteran buyer or a small, first time newbie. I recommend MBE to ANY & EVERY type of customer out there!

My silver coin order just arrived from Private Bullion. The boys there are magnificent. They know their stuff and got it to me fast.
When they asked if I'd leave a review for em, I was happy to! Definitely using PB next time.

Tried them out because they had slightly better prices, and was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgable they were about ordering gold for IRAs -- sometimes I feel like I'm having to teach my dealer and it was nice to have someone who knew what they were doing. Pretty much the trifecta of price, service and fast shipment. A+

Had a glitch at first with USPS but the ordering, follow-up and shipping were excellent.

Nice site -- I called and talked to Scott and didn't order through the site, but he was fantastic and shipping was crazy fast. No idea how anyone could complain about shipping

Slow shipping and high prices. There really aren't any redeeming qualities except the people are nice.

I’ve ordered from Midwest twice now and both times I called and talked to Scott. Scott was very helpful and I was amazed at how quickly he got everything processed and shipped.

I definitely recommend them strongly. Note their website is PrivateBullion, though the company name is Midwest Bullion.

Shipping Is expensive and prices are high. Many other online dealers are much cheaper. Would not recommend this place for online purchases.

I enjoyed this website very much. It had all the info I needed to get started. As a first time buyer, I have checked out many other sites and this one is probably the easiest to navigate. I found it simple to locate what I needed in order to make all of my purchasing decisions.
