Recently I sold my home. I didn't want to put my money - especially in this horrible economy - into a IRA or CMA account, nor stocks. I wanted to invest in precious metals. I contacted several "well known" names in the precious metals industry. As with them, (and in this day of age of technology), I was “pre-screened” for their “minimum” investment. Additionally, they were all eager and sent me their "wire transfer instructions" but, lacking severely with educating the client – and in some ways – condescending during our call. Instead, they all wanted me to “read” or “watch” videos AND THEN call them back. In all honesty, I don’t have time for that. Furthermore, THAT’s the reason I contacted them in the first place – which I was under the impression I was speaking with an “expert”. The other “precious metal” companies lack of VERBALLY educating the consumer (during our phone meeting) frustrated me immensely in addition to making me feel extremely uneasy and reluctant (as in heels dug in) to move forward with any of them. Then, I was blessed to discover Fisher Precious Metals. Their web site was detailed enough yet, not overwhelming. Our face to face - in person - meeting was not rushed nor was I pressured. Mr. Fisher explained - in detail - the various types of metals, country, value, etc. There was no “techno mumbo jumbo” talk, our meetings – to me and my friend - was eye opening and comforting at the same time, quite the opposite of what I received from those other companies. I could have easily wrote: “Fisher Precious Metals KNOWS the industry – go with them!” But, in order for you – dear person reading this review - to get the “big picture” I needed to explain what I went through just to get to this point. To me, when investing in precious metals you NEED a knowledgeable expert and FISHER PRECIOUS METALS IS THE EXPERT YOU ARE SEEKING and I am very VERY pleased (and blessed) to be their client.

I’ve never made an online purchase for precious metals before. And, since I didn’t have personal recommendations of who I should work with, I read through numerous customer reviews on numerous websites. There were a lot of great dealers to choose from but I was looking for someone who was honest, who had integrity, and who could patiently walk me through the process. When I went to John Fisher’s website, I could tell he was different: he was a professing Christian. So I chose him as my dealer in hopes that he was a God-fearing Christian, too. (Well, I figure if he’s not honest about his faith and his dealings with me, then John would definitely have our Higher Power to answer to!!)

The first time I called I spoke directly with John Fisher, the owner of this business, and he walked me through the entire process of buying with his company. Learning that I wanted to buy silver, he offered me different options such as bars, rounds, and coins, each with different pricing. His pricing was excellent and the deal was carried out over the phone seamlessly. Once I had decided on silver rounds, John Fisher hand-picked the rounds for my first order.

I had never bought gold before and we really nervous about buying. I did an internet search and Fisher PM came up so I clicked on the link and went to their website. This website is amazing! There is so much information given to everyone who chooses to take the time to read through every article and watch the videos. I spent literally, hours, reading everything in the Info Center. The piece of information that made me 100% confident that I would spend my money with this company was the article that directly referenced the volatility of the market and listed Psalm 145:15 with the reminder to remember what truly matters.
I placed my order and got an email back within minutes! And the email was directly from John, the owner..in this day and age how often do you hear from the actual owner of a business? I dare say it is rare.
John warns on the website that there could be a delay in shipping due to Covid. There was no such delay.
I had some questions and called expecting to get a salesperson. John personally answered the phone and answered all my questions thoroughly!
I have since ordered 2 more times and got my gold in record time!

I ran across the name Fisher Precious Metals while researching self directed IRA providers. I already had a different metals provider in mind but knew little about the IRA companies. After looking at a number of companies' websites and reading lots of reviews, I decided to check out Fisher's site and read some reviews on them. I went from one site to the next, four in all, and literally could not find a negative review on Fisher P.M., definitely not the case with the IRA companies. Impressed, I decided to call them and ask a few questions about the purchase process as I'd never bought PMs before. I told the lady that answered that I was on a fact-finding mission and later that day my call was returned by John Fisher. We talked at length about metals, how to buy and sell, about self directed IRA companies and storage options/facilities. John was very helpful to me in my decision making process. We talked a few more times over the next few weeks as I worked to open a self directed account and get it funded and he was very forthcoming each time. This was at the beginning of covid19 and markets were down and metals were in short supply. Working with John made the purchase process easy and he kept me informed as to the status of delivery to my chosen facility. I was doing business with Northwest Territorial Mint. They always promised a delivery of about 10 weeks, whereas John delivers in about a week. However, it got worse for Northwest Territorial Mint. I placed an order in February of 2015 and was still waiting to get it as of January 2016 (almost a year later!!!). Northwest was kind enough to re-calculate my pricing to the lower market value, for which I was ok with to a point. When they missed their delivery schedule a 3rd time, I had to do something.

So, I called John to tell him what had been happening (I had bought from him before) John said that companies that can't deliver as promised are more than likely in financial trouble. He strongly recommended that I ask for my money back. I did, and then purchased with John. Two weeks after I received my money back from Northwest Territorial Mint, I found out they had declared bankruptcy. If I had kept on waiting, I might have lost most of my money.

Bottom line: John says that if they can't deliver in about 1 to 2 weeks, don't do business with them. He was right and he has certainly earned my trust.
